10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuralCanvas AI Studio Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Our total liability for claims related to services will not exceed the fees paid for the relevant services in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a services engagement in accordance with the applicable statement of work. We may suspend or terminate website access if we reasonably believe there is abusive or unlawful use.
